If I loved Eureka Seven, what anime would you recommend?!
Question: I watched Eureka Seven and loved it! I like the "epicness" of the show, the (small amount of) humor, the action, the sci-fi and the romance.
Here are a couple of the other animes I've really enjoyed to try to show you my tastes:
Cowboy Bebop
Outlaw Star (Was OK)
Neon Genesis Evangelion (Was OK)
Death Note
Trigun (was good at first but then the comedy kicked in and it started sucking)
Akira
Like I said, I really enjoy the Sci-Fi and Epicness aspects of shows.
I am NOT interested in shows that have a pile of episodes (Bleach, Naruto, Full Metal). I don't like shows that focus on humor. I don't like shows about everyday life.

When it comes to Eureka Seven, I don't think I've found anything that combines all of those genres with such a great story. I watched it over again right after finishing it. There are a few that might be somewhat similar though.

For Trigun, it was the other way around. The first half of the series was full of comedy. Then, after episode 13 I believe, it started to get serious. I didn't like the change at first, but after a couple more episodes I was hooked again. I highly highly suggest you give it another chance ^^

you will love Code Geass : it has both the awesome storyline and mystery of Death note and the big human-like machines like Eureka7 (which I am watching right now.)
currently there are 25 eps. but this is only the first season. the 2nd season comes out in April.. (soo excited)
