These are the best. There are some other great ones... that I just dont remember at all.... but yeah. The lancelot was really powerful... but it wasnt in the gundam series and barely anyone knows of it =]
EDIT: If this counts... I would also like to add the Nodos (Bellcross) to be exact... from the anime Heroic Age. It's about 50 ft tall.... and can basically destroy a planet with one blow... can basically dissapear... (vamoosh!) and kills like a thousand little bugf alien thingies (idk what they are called) in one swipe of power =]

No one has really gotten in the realm of ungodly Super Robots yet. One of my favorites is Terran Imperial Space Fleet, Solar System Direct Assistance Battallion Attatche, Sixth Generation Interstella Cruising Decisive Weapon, Buster Machine No. 07 (aka Nono) from Diebuster.
Stuff we've seen her do:
-Warp instantly half way across galaxy (from Pluto to Earth in a less than a second)
- Cut a planet in half with a beam of energy that wasn't even close to full strength
- Destroy thousands of aliens in the blink of an eye
- Stop a planet dead in it's tracks after it had been flung as weapon

I hate Super 17, DBGT is fake, Cell is the strongest! Super 17 is stupid...
