Shinsen was able to turn Kyou Kara Maoh R episodes 1-3 out within a week of raws being posted. From that, you can probably figure a date of March 7th for the subbed version to be posted. As to where. TokyoTosho.com is generally the earliest place to find newly posted anime torrents.
