Question: does anyone remember the name of an older nickelodeon cartoon where there is this kangaroo looking thing that moved to america from Australia(or they might live in Australia) but the kangaroo looking thing has a dog and he doesnt have any pants (but thats okay cause its a cartoon lol) and he has a friend named heffer or something like that and its a big fat cow or something like that

It's called Rocko Modern Life it still comes on Nicktoons He was Wallaby and his bf was named Heffer and his neighborss was the Bigheads
