he says haha near i won and then the guy cuonts down but they didn't die cos it was teh fake one and so they look in the daeth note see the names and also what light sed thats wat proved he was kira
Well for one his name was the only one not in the notebook meaning he was spared(Showing he was kira)
Also Mikami broke his weekly schedule making him seem out of the ordinary(Therefore showing Near that he was X-Kira)
Mikami wrote Takada's name in the Death Note. However in order to do so he had to go to the bank to pick up the Death Note -- this was breaking his usual routine. Mikami ALWAYS sticks to his routine, and he never went to the bank on the day he did to go get the Death Note.
He only went to get the Death Note cause Takada was kidnapped by Mello and if she was held there, Near would have figured out Light was Kira. So Mikami thought he was doing Light a favour by killing Takada -- however Light also killed her using the little piece of the Death Note in his watch.
Near opened up the page to Takada's death and showed Light. He said Mikami wrote it on the day he went to the bank when he wasn't supposed.
Because of Mikami veering from his schedule, Near figured out that Light was Kira. Plus Light also gave it away when he called Mikami a fool for doing something he wasn't told to do.
