Oh sorry I though you meant the episode. Lol I misread the question. It happen in chapter 306,Naruto finally meets up with Sasuke after not seeing him in 2 1/2 years.

they see Sasuke right when they go to Orichimaru's lair. It happens in the manga in chapter 306! YEEEEEAH! NARUTO ROCKS! LOL! HOPE THIS HELPS!

They are about to run in to him in the Japanese Anime
Naruto is supposed to have a sister according to the spoiler page at this website.
It's in the Chapter 306 & when the anime was in the filers they where already in the that part in the manga only thing is they did Kakshi Gaiden arc before witch try to read to since it's very important & will reveal some info about Kakshi & when he was young & how he got his Sharingan.
But you will agree with me when you read the Manga that the Anime is still a bit better than the manga in some ways like emotions & FX
