Rasengan of course much more powerful jutsu much stronger then the Chidori. The Rasengan even has three forms to it that are more greater then the last and now especially that Naruto perfected the Rasengan making the Shuriken Rasengan,there is no stopping it.

I have an issue with annoying noises... And Chidori sounds like a 1000 birds, of course. So that's a bit self explanatory.
Plus, Rasengan is MUCH more powerful.

and if you didnt know jiraya can make a super giant rasengan that is as big as his body, used it while fighting the akatsuki!
