since the human torch capt america and namor were made by timely comics i think the fantastic four would be the first heroes made by Marvel comics in 61 even though they were outdated by 20 years and if you want to consider ka zar you would have conan as well

The jungle lord Ka-Zar. He was a character in the magazine before it became Marvel. It was a pulp comic in the 1930's.
