Has konoha ever thought of using the akatsuki rings to breach akatsuki?!

It would have been helpful, but all those time they fought and defeated Akatsuki they had other issues on their hands. When they defeated Sasori, Sakura and Chiyo had to go and help with Gaara. When they defeated Hidan and Kakuzu, they were worried about mending Naruto's arm which was destroyed by rasengan. And they were busy with Asuma's death too. But the Akatsuki have Zetsu to go and claim the rings and if Zetsu noticed a ring was gone, he would alert them and they would highten security and move bases even if they were still hidden and konoha didn't know where their present base was.
of course u would since you've seen wat they could do but they were focused on getting gaara and getting information on orochimaru's whereabouts. though it probably wouldn't work if they had it cuz akatsuki would see it missing and then they would change how to enter the entrance of their hideout
I don't I guess not. Although it would make a good plan to get one of thee rings and try to sneak into the Akatsuki. Although it would be kind of hard for them to not that. I'm sure they would have gotten discovered even if they did. As said because of the situation at hand it was kind of hard to remember and get the ring from one of the Akatsuki members. Probably at the time they didn't realize the possibly could have used it to there advantage.
