How do you put music with a part of an anime show to make a video?!

Given that you have the actual anime, if you are using Windows Movie Maker, you just need to import the video files and let them load up. Then click "options" and there will be an audio options tab. Under that section, you'll be able to convert the audio over to either the song (mp3) or keep it on the video file. Hope that helps.
