Naruto shippuden ending 2, does it contradict the story line?!
Question: By the way what age is Naruto in Shippuden? Anyway, he looks pretty old in the ending. And I am assuming that because it is the ending in Shippuden that he is the same age as he is on the show. But how could he be in a school with Sasuke grown up, when Sasuke left Konoha to train with Orochimaru when he was young?

Yeah. Like said by Kevin, the ending doesn't have anything to do with the storyline... just like the first ending in Naruto Shippuuden.... and the third/fourth ending...
They're just little extra bits in there. And maybe they're a hint for what's to come, who knows.
The main naruto storyline has nothing to do with that ending, except for the characters and a bit of their personalities.
