Question: I think Shizune's Team would win.
Shizune would easily be able to defeat Kin and TenTen by herself.
That would leave Sakura and Ino to take on Temari. Sakura could distract her, while Ino uses the Mind-Body Pummel on Temari, giving Sakura a chance to nail her.

I think Shizune,Sakura, and Ino team,would win. They have a better balance between attacks. Shizune as well as Sakura are trained medical ninja,that know a lot about the human body and can use that against here opponent to hit them a certain spot. Saukura for one has increased her strength as well as fighting. Ino,well Ino really doesn't do much all Ino does is really immobilize her opponent or get inside there body,or wait for others to attack,but she still can help during battle.

It think it would all come down to: Could Ino manage to hit a possession jutsu on Temari? Without Temari under control, I don't see how anyone else in this group of six could hit her.
