Question: why can hinatas father kill someone with one hit,is it beacause he is skilled in tenketsu?(as seen on the episode when the guy from the lightning village tried to steal hinata)?
is their such thing as 300 and something palms?
like an amplified version of 128 palms?
did neji create air palm(empty palm) and mountain crusher?

Hiashi Hyuga can kill anyone because when he uses the byukugan the can see the chakra flow and therefore hit someone just in the right spot to stop the flow of it, which will obviously cause death
All Hyugas could do this, not just Hiashi; because they can see the chakra flow thanks to be byakugan. Let's remember that in the Chuunin exam, when Neji almost killed Hinata, Kakashi sensei said that the fighting technique might not be visually astonishing, however one blow might just kill you... That is how Neji beats Kidoumaru; he only sends ONCE the perfect chakra flow through the spider net that was guiding the arrow that hurt Neji, which kills Kidoumaru.
If there is a technique more advanced that Hakke: Hyaku Ni Jyuu Hachi Shou (In the english translation is Eight Trigrams: A Hundred and Twenty Eight Palms), I think it should be 256 palms; because first you have 64, then 128 (the double) and should be the double again (256) or maybe 192 (you know, adding 64 and 256)... It hasn't been shown, this is just my theory; but let's remember that the human body has 361 spots of chakra, and 64 of then are the main ones (those are the 64 for spots you attack in the first technique).
It doesn't say if Neji created those techniques, but I doubt it; besides Hinata and Neji we haven't had a chance to see REAL fights in the Hyuga clan... Of course, Hiashi has fighted when Konoha was invaded (he used the Kaiten and Byakugan), we see Hanabi training, and Hizashi knocking out Hiashi in order to take his place as a sacrifice; but, c'mon those don't show the REAL Hyuga power...
Yes probably as he probably has more of advance verison technique to he can clearly see the vitals points within someones body,as well as probably being more capable to apply more force into a attack.
There is no such thing 300 palm,at least not that I know,of the max someone can go up to,as seen by Neji think it is 128 palm.

When the Hyuga Clan activate there Byaygugan they see the users chakra points so he being the skilled clan head in all was able to see a fatal chakra point. Who knows maybe Hinata will be able to do this one day.
