Well you can go on youtube. You might not be able to watch all of the movie or show but you could watch some parts.
You could also try to download it from limewire. They might have it I'm not sure. I have never tried to get movies or shows.

We have all the Rugrats movies. My kids loved them. Rugrats in Paris was really sweet, and I know exactly what song you're talking about. "I want a mom who will last forever..." I bet you can order it on AMAZON. Good luck.
I don't know about a web site but try going to a pawn shop, they normally have all kids of vhs's for really cheap. this is what I did for many of my kids' movies, when they get tired of them I just sell them back them buy new ones
They come on Nickelodeon ALL THE TIME.
