Yeah, he does.... its just very little... and probably while he's on the computer or so... haha... they just didn't find the need to show it in the manga/anime lol... :]
But yeah, all the other time he's jacked up on sweets... so yeah....
Though one can assume he has very extensive insomnia, I'm sure he does sleep some, even if it is a mere two to three hours a night.
If he never slept, I'm sure he would not be alive for the time that he was.

Yes! He sleeps of course, he just doesn't sleep that much, I'd say atleast up to 3 hours. He's always got sugar and caffine in his system, so when you've got a sugar high, you probably wouldn't sleep. And yeah, he does sleep the way he sits.
