Don't worry about not being able to draw charactors. (there might be some software on the internet for people who like to write comics but are unable to draw.
Some of your stuff was funny. Not every box/panel needs to be funny. Work on building up the comic to a funny punchline.
Take your time writing what the people say. I know your not a artist but you can write the alphabet. Make it easy on the readers to follow what is going on.

There are a a lot of things you could improve on.. Make the jokes a bit funnier. You should go online and read some comics like Foxtrot and stuff like that. To improve, I think you should allow more space for what the characters say. A lot of it is squished up together.
