Question: Back In The 60's Or 70'sThere Was A Cartoon Where Everytime The Narrator Was Speaking The Cartoon Would Play It Out. And The ONLY Part I Remember Is Where The Narrator Said He Was Born With A Silver Spoon In His Mouth And The Baby Literally Had A Spoon In His Mouth. PLEASE Does Anyone Know? It's Driving Me Crazy!! And It Did This Thru The Entire Cartoon!

That was a Tex Avery/MGM cartoon called "Symphony in Slang'' from 1951...

Most likely above poster is right, Symphony in Slang, however the gag was occasionally used in the Edward Everett Horton narrated segments of Rocky and Bullwinkle like Fractured Fairy Tales. In fact I saw it so often there it used to drive me crazy.
