"Good Romantic Dramatic" Anime
I can assure you DBZ & Yu Yu (& Naruto) are not what I think of when someone mentions "romance anime." The Kenshin OVA's, & Fruits Basket fit the more typical "romance" genre.
But from your previous shows I can't guess what kind of romance you want. Are you more into the stereotypical shounen (boy's genre) action, or more into shoujo (girl's genre) drama.
If you're into Shounen (aimed for boys, brain-dead action, harems, fan-service, etc.)
