Can anyone recomend any manga series to me that are kinda like Midnight Secrtary!
Question: It really depends on what type of romance you're looking for. Midnight Secretary is somewhat smutty and Shinigami Lovers is just shoujo.
If you're looking for something that's smutty and contains romance (of course), I would recommend:
Love Celeb - Mayu Shinjo - In fact if you want to read smut, most anything by Mayu Shinjo would suffice. She has a lot of one shots and has at least 3 series of hers that are being scanlated. I'm not a big fan, but her stuff is popular.
Desire Climax - Ayane Ukyou
For just plain old shoujo/Josei with romance and melodrama, (like you mentioned), I would definitely have to recommend:
Paradise Kiss and NANA by Ai Yazawa - Two really popular series in the shoujo genre. NANA, especially, was a really hot title in Japan, spawning movies, albums, and such.
I'm not sure of what you've read all ready. However, if you've read most of the popular stuff, then you're all ready familiar with:
Vampire Knight - Matsuri Hino - (mystery element)
Ayashi no Ceres (Ceres Celestial Legend) - by Yuu Watase - which also has that mystery/supernatural element as well
Ouran High School Host Club - Bisco Hatori (one of my absolute favorites but it is comedy)
Skip Beat! and Tokyo Crazy Paradise by Yoshiki Nakamura
Kare First Love by Kaho Miyasaka
Sand Chronicles (Sunadokei) by Hinako Ashihara
Crossroad by Shioko Mizuki
Tenshi Ja Nai!! (I'm No Angel) by Takako Shigematsu
and some others that may not be as well known because they're not licensed:
Gekka no Kimi (The Moonlight Prince) by Ako Shimaki - This title is more in the vein of supernatural/mystery if you're looking for that type of genre.
Faster than a Kiss - by Meca Tanaka
Ai Hime ai to Himegoto by Mitsuki Kako
