Try looking up a specific anime, not just anime in general. You can also probably put filters on your search sites that prevent explicit materials from being shown (although there is no guarantee). Try photobucket, and google image search, and you are likely to find some pretty nice art sites and images. Remember, it does take some time to find the images you want, so be patient, and good luck!
As in fanart? DeviantART.com just type in the anime you'd like.
Other than that, Photobucket.com, you just have to be careful.
you can look them up on google images but as with nearly all picture sites theres a bit of nudity and a bit of.. well hentai stuff just pick up the courage lol or you try wikipedia they usually have a good picture that matches with the subject you search on that site
