Name that anime girly man!?!
Question: A number of years ago I watched an anime about criminals that could get a new lease on life if they'd fight crime. I can remember 3 members of this team. A long white haired guy that dressed very feminine with long red fingernails (lipstick, fingernails, kimono as well I think). His story had him fighting genetically made vampires, and he beat the big bad guy on a space station. One of the other guys reminded me a lot of Spike from Cowboy Bebop. The 3rd guy was a big muscular dude. I can't remember their stories very well.
I can't remember the name of this anime. Help please? I think I watched this back in maybe 98, but it looked old even then, I may be wrong about that though.
