Question: Where can I find for Red River volumes:
from 21-25?
and for Mizu ni Sumu Hana:
from chapter 19 and after that(I don't know how far itr goes)??

Red River hasn't been completely scanned. It might take a few months or more before the scanning group gets a volume out.
