Tobi has yet to show his real face to anyone but he calls himself Uchiha Madara and in the Last manga, or the one before I don't remember, they show Madara's face so that could be him or of the rumors are true about him being Obito then they show him in the Kakashi Gaiden though we don't know for sure of he really is either. We will just have to wait to see what happens later on....
