Who would win in a fight, The Hulk or The flash?!
Question: Marvel's Incredible Hulk, from Earth 616. The savage one, or DC's The Flash, from Earth 2, Wally West. The playing field is NY, NY.

Cleverly sensing that he is outmatched in strength, Wally west decides to use his smarts to beat the Green Goliath known as the Hulk.
Knowing he can only run cirles around him for so long, the Flash creates a vortex around the Hulk to suck the oxygen out of the area around the Hulk causing him to pass out. Once the Hulk is down, Wally begins to vibrate his arm at super-speed, phasing it through the Hulk's chest and stops the Incredible one's heart forever.

Hulk. as much as i love wally, flash couldn′t beat hulk to death. he is fast, but not strong enough nor with enough stamina against Hulk′s regenerative powers. the hulk would easily smash the floor and then one punch and flash goes from red blur to red smear..

Yes, Flash COULD create a vortex, BUT he would not be able to stun Hulk or lift him up off the ground due to his enormous weight and healing/strength powers. You can't knock the Hulk out, he's been in space (despite what they showed in the lame a.s.s. Hulk movie, he would survive due to his lungs' incredible capacity to store oxygen), and remained concious. All Hulk has to do is clap his hands together, causing a sonic thunderclap, knocking Flash out instantly. That, or punching the ground and causing an "earthquake", splitting the ground open, swallowing Flash. Flash could do some things, but remember, Hulk has very fast healing/regenerative powers, and even with lack of oxygen, would not be unconcious. I like Flash, but Hulk wins.
My Marvel/DC knowledge isn't the greatest, and normally I stay away from this sort of thing (mainly because fanboys ruin it), but I personally put Speed above muscle, so Wally either:
A. Dodges and finds a way to calm the Hulk down
B. Runs so fast that he goes through Hulk without him knowing it.
C. Both A and B.

the flash could run the hulk into the ground vibrate inside him and blow him to hell for a little while the hulk will then heal and proceed to beat him to death
the flash all he would have to do is run through the hulk causing him to explode as all things do when wally runs through things
