Who do u think is stronger between Sasuke Uchiha or Neji Hyuuga in another word !
Question: we haven't really seen much of the abilities of byakugan. so can't really say which bloodline limit is stronger.

Hmm...I recall the Sharingan being very powerfull but tiresome when used for a long time. I don't remember the Byakugan having this disadvantage but I must say I'm currently following the Anime (Shippuuden) and not the manga so I'm not sure the Byakugan has any disadvantages (I might have missed something though). But knowing what the Sharingan can do, you could easily create an illusion and wipe the Byakugan user within a second...I guess my answer is the Sharingan afterall...lol..
Maybe Sharingan because with its help you can copy others movements and when you develop your Sharingan to become Mangekyou Sharingan you can get into others mind and this means:you will defenitely win.

ok, sasuke is stronger than neji, but, the byakugan is better than sharingan
its the sharingan. the latest manga chapters explain this. the sharingan was able to control thounsands of ninja and this is how konoha was formed out of 2 major clans. the sharingan also has an ultimate form which supercedes the byakugan as far as we know
