Question: Um .... something with a brother and sister. (Not incest, I mean) like where the main character has a brother complex or something.
I really like one called : "With!!" -> The main girl is really average and her older brother has everything going for him, looks, grades, atheletics, etc. but no one likes her because she's so ordinary in comparrison and she has a brother complex and her older brother has a sister complex.
Something like that?

well, if you want something with two brothers relationship then Akachan To Boku is the best in my opinion, it's about an older brother who takes care of his young brother, their mom is dead and their father is busy with his work, so the older brother has the responsibilty of taking care of his younger brother, at the beginning of the series he kinda dislikes this, and he was really harsh with his younger brother, like he embarsses him in front of the passers-by, he's not good with children that's why he can't stop his younger brother when he cries, omg, I really loved this series, it probably the only series that made me cry that much >.<
idk too much about brother based things but pixie pop is real cute and interesting. also tokyo mew mew a la mode is cute. also the gentlemans aliance cross is cool.

Marmalade Boy (8 volumes and there is an anime with 76 episodes) - this is about how a guy's parents and a girl's parents switch (you will understand when you read it) so they all live together. The guy and girl fall in love.
Andante (3 volumes) (I just started this one it doesn't look that good and I don't think it is a romantic manga) - this is the only one with bro and sis love. So far from what I have read, the sister loves the brother but I don't think he loves her. They are not related so it isn't incest.
