Dearest Bleach fans: Is Rukia a Hell Butterfly..or what is that? And if so...?!
Question: If she's a Hell Butterfly (or really any butterfly), would that imply that all shinigami can turn into an animal form?
If they can, then at what time and why?
So far I haven't seen the other Shinigami turn into anything and I wondered if it had something to do with her zanpakutou...since, for example, Renji's zanpakutou is a monkey! Confused >.<

The explanation that the mangaka gives is that it is a device of communication as if to justify the connection between the black butterflies and shinigami (as shinigami is a bearer or Death)
Her zanpaktou is made of ice and it's very beautiful(one of the most beautiful zanpaktou in Soul Society)..
