Seeing as how it was Lex Luthor in four of the five, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say... Lex. Here's hoping for Metallo though.

I'm thinking its going to be Brainiac, seems to make the most sense as he is seen as Superman's second biggest villian after Lex.
