Yup, it starts spring this year in April. No exact date has been set other than it'll start in April of this year though. Keep checking this page every once in a while:

And there seems to be plenty of groups that are going to be subbing VK, I've checked Menclave's [Conclave's site is under construction, so they put news that they dropped their other projects and picked up VK] and Animanda's sites out of the 8 groups that the fansub Wiki (http://www.fansubwiki.com/Who_Subs_What:... ) has listed of which groups are planning on subbing VK. When subs come out depends on the group(s) subbing.
I heard sometime in the Spring of this year. ^_^
