That's Sumomo (http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=... ) and Masaharu (http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=... ) from Nanatsuiro Drops. Masaharu turns into a lamb doll, which is what Sumomo is hugging. The anime is based on an eroge game by UNiSONSHIFT, Nanatsuiro Drops is the anime adaptation.
I thought the anime was okay, but Sumomo's crying got really annoying to me. The animation is quite good though, and it's mahou shoujo/romance/some comedy, if that's what you like I'd say give it a try.

It's from something called "Ins Workshop" - It's an h-game piece of software =S there also exist a few mangas... I don't know anything about the plot/characters and seeing the genre I don't really want to :D
