If you want streaming video in good quality - then your only option is stage6.com, just search 'Naruto Episode' or whatever :P
As far as QUALITY goes - Stage6 is far superior to youtube, veoh, crunchyroll, etc. It will use more bandwidth though ;) If you have a fast connection and don't mind bandwidth usage, however, it should work fine.

You can download subtitled naruto from the Naruto Central website. You have to make an account but after that it's easy to watch, just click on Multimedia and the Naruto Episodes and you can download from there. You can even download and watch the 3 Naruto movies that are out there. It's free too. All episodes are excellent quality. This site has a lot to offer in way of manga scans as well.
