what's his story? i've only seen 2 episodes and from what i see he's not a "good guy" but i think there's more to him...

well, yes, he's not a "good" guy, actually he's a betrayer!
I won't spoil it for you, there's no fun if you know about him right now, he has that smiley foxy face, he's damn strong and he's an old friend of Matsumoto, I dunno their story yet(it isn't revealed yet actually), but he's strong, he's funny at times and his eyes are always closed (lol) he opened them once when he was fighting with Hitsugaya (the white-heared boy in the picture) he has red eyes, just like it's shown in my avatar!
oh yeah, he used to be a lietuenent to captain Aizen but now he's a captain himself!

The one in the middle is Ichimaru Gin...he comes out in maybe episode 20-30 for like 5 minutes...then he becomes an important part of the story later in Bleach...like episode 60-65

That is Gin Ichimaru. He is the Captain (Well, EX Captain) of the 3rd Squad.
Ichimaru Gin is a bada** captain who destroys any enemies in his way. Ichimaru Gin was believed to have killed Aizen, a different captain, but later we found out that Aizen's dead body was an illusion.
Ichimaru is always smiling and mocking others. Some characteristics of him include his annoying smile, his eyes that never show, his cocky attitude, and his eyebrows. When other Shinigami find out he's evil, one says "Damn Ichimaru he has funky eyebrows!"
