Are there any superheros from the west coast?!

There used to be a West Coast Avengers team. Also Force Works worked from the West Coast. As did the Defenders.
As for single heroes.... Firebird used to be in New Mexico, I'm not sure where the Texas Rangers or the Phantom Rider work out of but it's close to there.

There are plans being made by Tony Stark to place a Superhero team in each state.There was a great lakes avengers team (not sanctioned by the avengers)
