For Suigetsu, I understand that he has sort of the same hair as Sakon/Ukon -- it's pretty flat. But other than that, not much relationship, plus he doesn't wear lipstick ;)
Juugo is skinnier than Jirobuh. Plus Juugo has quite a bit of hair whereas Jirobuh looked like he had a little more hair than a buzzcut.
Karin and Tayuya actually do look kind of alike. But Tayuya's hair was flat, mostly cause of the bandages she wore around her head, but Karin's hair has some volume to it. Other than that Karin wears classes and has a different wardrobe and attitude than Tayuya.
I could see that with some of the characters but not all.
Kind of not really,I understand what you mean,but they don't look that similar.
