Question: All Genin who were in the Naruto series later on became Chunin over the time skip of 2 1/2 years. Only Neji so far has went to Jounin level. The only person who hasn't became a Chunin or a Jounin is Naruto. As for the sand village Temari and her brother has become a Jounin while Gaara became the Kazekage of the hidden sand village.

all of the rookies from the beginning are Chunin except Neji who is a Jounin and Naruto who is still a Genin lol. Temari and Kankouro(sp) are Jounin and Gaara is the Kazekage. Konohamaru and his two friends ( I forget their names) are Genin as well.
