Terminator, hands down. Rambo is only good vs human enemies. Although I think Rambo could win over the Aliens, where the terminator would have more trouble.
that would be tough, Kyle Reese defeated him and got killed, but Rambo is probably a better soldier so if he knew what he was up against he'd have a good chance of winning.
