What's the strangest anime you have ever seen?!
Question: For me it's Club to Death Angel Dokuro - Chan. This girl named Dokuro kills this guy and brings him to life like in every single episode. You should hear the opening song for it too. The english sub titles are really strange.

i thought it was a romantic anime, then it turned all bloody. what's up with that?
edit: yes, it is and it's not really romantic, coz the guy is cheating on his gf, and having sex with other girls. that was disgusting.. bleh.. !

the strangest was Fooly Cooly. it was funny but confusing.
Kashimashi~Boy meets Girl...It was about a guy who turned into a girl because a spaceship crashed on top of him.
Probably either Dokuro-chan, Dai Mahou Touge, or Excel Saga. All of them have that same type of humor and premise.
I'll throw Puni Puni Poemi in there, too. Just read a summary of any of these- and you will see what I mean.
If you want plain weird then Paranoia Agent. If you want plain crazy then Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.
Both good anime to watch.

Bobobo, I really enjoyed though it seems to be one of those anime you either love or hate.
Strangest animes...
First which comes in my mind is FLCL for some reason ;)
But the one winning would be Excel Saga, which makes even less sense as FLCL, and in which the main character dies about seven times in the first episode.
During the course of the animation, you can see :
- the arch-villains which most destructive skill is "cuteness"
- the main character being killed about three times minimum by episode
- a little puppy dog playing with an eight-barrelled machinegun
- the same dog firing it
- the great villain failing at a guitar course
- the creator of the animation being killed by his characters, then revived by the great will of the universe (the producers?) to make more money
- all the special powers of the afro hairstyle
- a character sleeping with the great will of the universe
- an alien cameo
- a rambo cameo
- a cameo I never understood -_-
Which is quite a lot for a single animation ^^
Jungle wa istumo Hale nochi Guu is also... Strange... Cannot even describe it... Have to see it to believe ^^
my strangest...hm, which definition of strange? Completely irrational was Higurashi no naku koro ni. The funniest and most unique one was probably nodame cantabile...and the one that was really unusual and made me think was Paranoia agent.
Naruto, Luffy, Ichigo, Goku, and Kenshin.
Ultramaniac- I think it was meant for kids but it's so funny considering it's so lame(in my opinion!)
bobobo bo bobo or whatever it's called- I watched an episode and felt my IQ go down 10 points the worst part is I had no clue what it was about after it ended!
Speed Racer- Yeah I watched this once and it annoyed the heck out of me because their mouth did not move with their words!
School Days it was WEIRD and I mean really WEIRD!!!
