i know the clone ate fye's eye and got stronger but, i don't know who will win >_> & does the gang separate?

no one, i think. clone sakura died trying to stop the two of them from killing each other. and then, a buch of creepyness comes up, (but that's the next chapter which hasn't been released.)
but if you're asking about a fight, then i think it will be equal because, they are twins.
and the gang has not seperated yet,or, sakura has died twice, the syaoran that started the journey with them is not there and replaced by the orginial syao. so , i think i depends on how you define it.
Unfortunately, they are similar in power, magic and strength. And in recent chapters, it seems like the Clone almost had the Real Syaoran when Sakura interfered.
So basically we are not told of it yet even in the manga.

the fake syaoran was the winner of their previews battle and on their last battle sakura died after defending the true syaoran which later in revealed that the sakura travelling with them was also a fake one
