It does still come out. But there is no set "day" for it to come out. It was coming out at about a chapter every two or three weeks, but the mangaka is on a break or something at the moment, that is my understanding as to why we haven't seen a release for a long while.

Manga like Naruto on the other hand comes out much more often, but they have a legion of people working on it and the detail of the art is only like this: http://manga.narutohl.com/wp-content/upl... .
That's a huge difference.
