I think that his appearance gets more feminine in the cursed mark form... sort of androgynous, but he probably doesn't actually turn into a woman. Of coarse we will never know what actually happens under his clothes! ...ewwww.
Ha ha thats funny. He doesn't turn into a woman, thats just the way he looks under the full curse seal. It only makes his hail longer, changes his skin color, and gives him crazy power.

i think it was just the hair that the second state of the cursed mark affected, not his gender~~ afterall, changing his sex wouldnt really help him win his battle would it? only if he turned into a pretty girl or something....

Lol, I never really liked SasuNaru because I'm like "How the hell do you pair two guys together?" --> That was until I saw Sasuke in the second stage of the cursed seal, I was like "Holy cow, what the heck?! He just went from a guy to a chick in a matter of seconds!"
Okay, so the hair wasn't that big of a deal -- but the fricking LIPSTICK! Haha, I cracked up, finally understanding the SasuNaru pairing! Sasuke's gay!

Now This is the top of it & i'll tell you my the Truth & the fact about that:
Sasuke is a Naruto Character & a Manga character& it's maker didn't by any means made him either gay or transgendered & he slept with Karin are you happy now!
