Are we saying Best Anime that started airing in 2008? Or is still airing in 2008? Or is it open to anything.
If we are just going with things that started airing in 2008, here are my top 3.
1. Shigofumi- Feels similar to Hell Girl- but the stories are much much more interesting- and you actually care DEEPLY for the characters. And then they all die.
2. Spice and Wolf- Economics anime? With Wolf gods? Sounds like win to me.
3. Minami-ke Okawari?- Started off weird as a second season, but the animation is beautiful and it is starting to reach epic proportions again. If we see more screen time of the Manliest Man to ever grace an anime (Hosaka), it may end up being number 1 for me.
