The Episode 44, won't be out until next week. You have to wait until next Thursday, the 24th for it to be out, but if you want to watch it subbed than you will have to wait until Friday the 25th when Dattebayo subbs it.
All Naruto shippuden episodes are aired on Thursday in Japan, but are subbed the next day on the Friday, so I always watch my naruto episodes after school on Friday. Be patient!
