Well, Inuyasha love both, in a way. Kikyou was his first love, and there's no way he can forget about her because she died for him. That's why whenever Kikyou appeared, he always run to her side because he felt guilty that he used to think she betrayed him, and also because she's his old love. But Inuyasha did fell in love with Kagome, not because she's Kikyou's reincarnate, but for herself. They spent more time together, more than Inuyasha ever spent with Kikyou, so their bond is stronger. Also, Inuyasha knows that the Kikyou he sees is pretty much a dead corpse, one who's called back to life out of spite so therefore, there will never be anything serious between them since the 'real' Kikyou had already passed away and got reincarnated.

Kagome! I think. Whenever Kikyo comes around, he gets all wishy-washy, but I think he really loves Kagome. After all, why do you think he always gets offended when Koga comes around? Because he threatens to take Kagome away from him! They kiss in the second movie! Yay!
