Jerry, defintiely. Why, you ask? I'm so glad you did.
Tom is a cat. It's the nature of a cat to attack small living critters; they are predators and mice are their prey. Tom is not being evil, he is just acting according to his feline nature.
Jerry on the other hand is nasty. He doesn't behave like a mouse. He shows no instinctive fear of cats, and sometimes goes out of his way to provoke Tom into a fight!
This is psychotic behavior. Isn't that wicked?
