The best way to download them I think is via bittorrent. First go to www.download.com and download the most popular bittorrent software (I think its "Bitcomet"). after you downloaded and installed the bittorrent software on your pc, visit sites like www.mininova.org or isohunt.com and search for bittorrent files of Hellsing anime in english there. Open the said files using the torrent software. That will initiate the download.
Tip: choose the torrent file with many seeders.
(not recommended for slow dial-up connections)
