the only ones that they show for sure is kurenai and asuma
but these would make cute couples:
naruto and hinata
temari and shikamaru
yuugao and kakashi
orochimaru and kabuto
No i dont no of any couples that actually go out but i think if the characters were going to NARUTO AND HINATA would be the best couple Ever

But I do have some Predictions
My Predictions are:
Naruto/Hinata
Sasuke/Sakura

Kakashi/Anko
Shikamaru/Temari
Gaara/the girl he train in an earlier ep.
Neji/Tenten or Lee/Tenten (It's a big hit but not sure)
actually im pretty sure the new shipppuuden that will be coming out will reveal that sakura loves naruto

all i noe is tht asuma and kurenai are married and asuma dies and kurenai is pregnant. there might be a chance tht naruto and hinata might end up together i dunt noe bout sasuke and sakura i like sasusaku as a couple but nobody dunt noe yet if they are gonna go out it depends wat masashi kishimoto does
asuma and kurenai are the only ones i can think of...
well in the past htere was tsunade and dan and minato and kushina (narutos parents)...thats really all, you know,everyones parents had to have gone out at some point in time
