Will Calvin and Hobbes have one more book?!
Question: I read the Lio comic where Lio finds a toboggan and then remembers a newspaper where Calvin is on the front page and it says "Missing Since '95" and you see Calvin's skull in the snow with Hobbes next to him. I truly think that the author loves Calvin and Hobbes and wants it back. Could Watterson have a book already made but it will not be released until he dies. That's what I think could happen! The Last Calvin and Hobbes Book! I love Calvin! What do you think?

Uh... what the heck is that. calvin died after he went playing outside (in the last sunday episode)? that's creepy...
I don't think so. throughout the years, calvin had always been this 6 year old kid, he never grew up. So basically, it ended where it ended.
I think the last strip shows that whoever hobbes is, he will always be calvin's only best friend, but at the same time, calvin will eventually grow up, learn new life experience and becomes a mature man.
at least that's how i interpret the last line "Lets go exploring."
That strip was clearly intended to put an end to the story. It wasnt those normal mischievous calvin, lol. it clearly didnt leave any room for a sequel.
