Vol 1 and 2 are not available over here in the US and I have no idea when TP will take it on...probably not because it is not going to be a long series anyway. You will just have to wait for the fan subs to become available, but you may start having a hard time finding them because TP is really aggressive pulling their mangas from sites which do not have their permission.
Have you tried Radio Banri yet?
