yes, they come out with a chapter every week. These chapters actually comes out in a magazine for example Shounen Jump along with other manga.. That's why when a new Naruto chapter is out, u also get the new Bleach, One Piece, Eyeshield 21 chapters out cuz they are published in the same Shounen Jump magazine. And when they've got about 9-10 chapters(for shounen manga), they'll turn it into a tankouban (book version)
