Lol, those pictures are made by Yaoi fangirls of the pairing of Naruto and Sasuke. A lot of females like the couple of SasuNaru.
It mostly started from them kissing in the first episode and then later developed from Naruto doing anything to try to get Sasuke back from Orochimaru.
It's inevitable to escape those pictures because when you type in "Naruto" to Google or Yahoo! -- pictures of Naruto are obviously going to show, but some with him and Sasuke come up cause the show is also called Naruto and some pictures are just tagged as the show... Ya, it's annoying sometimes -- but nothing you can do...
Because of an accident in the first episode. Naruto was ticked that he was on a team with Sasuke and was glaring him while squatting on the desk. Some kid behind him stood up and knocked Naruto over, causing him to end up in a lip-lock w/ Sasuke. Both of them jerked away, spitting and sounding disgusted. After that , all the girls beat Naruto up, except for Hinata, who likes him.
